As of right now we are at our full 60 members. If you still want to join, we will be happy to keep you in pending until we have openings.
Welcome to the best Meet-up group you will ever join. We are a group of women ONLY of age 55 and up. We are fun, active women looking for more fun active women. Our hope is to make new friends that we will also see outside of Divas. We have both married and single women, some retired and some still working.
Most of our events take place during the week day but not all. We are always looking for suggestions for new and interesting things to do. We charge dues of $10 per year to defray the cost of being a Meet-up. You will have a 30 day free membership to start and will be a pending member at that time. After the 30 days are up, you will be expected to pay your dues or you will be dropped from the list of pending members. Our limit, at the present time is 60 people, however if you are not accepted because we are full, please check back frequently as our membership is always changing. Or contact Gail, Shari or Teri and leave your contact info. They will contact you when we have membership opening.
Most of our functions will take place in the Littleton, Highlands Ranch and Centennial area but not all. We are open to exploring new venues in any area. Just talk to one of the organizers with your suggestions.
We wish to encourage active members and so, if you have not attended a function in three months, you may be taken off the membership. However, if you have a reason
like an illness or the care of a family member, you will be kept on. Also, you can feel free to rejoin in the future when you can be more active.
If you are unsure about attending an event because you will not know anyone, please talk to one of the organizers, especially if they are hosting or attending an event. They will make sure to make you feel welcome, comfortable and introduce you to others.
