We've recently read about Daniel, a prophet from Judah who was exiled in Babylon. We've also read Habakkuk, a different prophet from Judah who forewarned of the imminent exile into Babylon. Now we're going back even further, to Hosea, a prophet who warned of God's wrath coming against His people. Before Babylon was on anyone's radar, God was beginning to act...

Come by the Panera Bread on El Camino (address below)! Bring a Bible, or use one of our extras. We try to get there a few minutes early to find a table where we can set up, then we get going around 7.

Format is simple: we read a paragraph of the text and then briefly discuss what's in it. All questions are welcome, from all levels of knowledge! We try to keep it simple so that everyone can learn, whether you're a Christian or you've never had anything to do with Christianity before.
