Are you feeling stressed? Are you looking for a moment of calm in your busy week?
Join us for a weekly meditation during your lunch hour. Offered at the Nanaimo Harbourfront Branch of the Library.
Participants will be introduced to a variety of meditation, mindfulness, and relaxation techniques. Each session starts with a short discussion followed by a brief centering practice.
No registration required and no cost to attend. No meditation experience required. Everyone is welcome!!
