What We're About:
We are a community of like-minded photographers who gather monthly to explore the beautiful streets of Melbourne CBD, capturing the city's essence through the lenses of our beloved CCD cameras. Our photo walks are relaxed, fun, and all about celebrating the unique qualities that CCD sensors bring to digital photography.

What to Expect:

  • Monthly Photo Walks: Join us as we explore different parts of Melbourne, from its iconic laneways to hidden gems, all while snapping away with our CCD cameras.
  • Casual Meetups: We'll share our shots, stories, and tips. It’s a great way to learn from each other and make new friends.
  • Community and Support: Whether you're new to CCD cameras or a long-time user, this group is a place to ask questions, share experiences, and enjoy the art of photography together.

Why CCD Cameras?
CCD sensors are known for their vibrant colour reproduction, smooth tonal transitions, and that unmistakable “look” that many photographers cherish. If you’ve ever felt nostalgic about the early days of digital photography or simply appreciate the aesthetic of CCD images, you’ll feel right at home here.

Join Us!
If you have a camera with a CCD sensor (or even if you’re just curious), come along to our next photo walk! We welcome photographers of all skill levels—whether you’re shooting with an old-school DSLR, a compact point-and-shoot, or anything in between.
