What we’re about
I was in Canberra once and joined a random make a dumpling meetup in someone else's place. Thought it was a cool and fresh idea to invite over people u barely knew and get to know each other. I'm newish in Melbourne actually and also ESL here so would be keen to meet people with varied interests. We can just be humans and nice and do activities together or share over chats whatever we have in common or otherwise.
I'm keeping each event small up to 4-5 (for now) so there's enough opportunity to learn from each other. For the sake of structure, I will be initially organising a specific activity. I admit I'm a bit of a culture rat so those activities might hover around proper films, books, music, art, language, Japan, but not set in stone! If this appeals to u, join in and see how it goes!
