**If you wish to share...** (you don't have to, being here is enough)
...tell us what your wellness challenge is, and take about 5 minutes to tell us "How your Mental Wellness challenge has affected you recently".

**If you wish feedback...**
...tell us if you wish other members to offer EMPATHY or a SUGGESTION ("When I was going through what you are, I did 'x' and it worked well").

**If you have to leave early...**
...please let us know when you arrive, that way no one thinks you are disrespecting them as they share.

This is a volunteer effort; the people who run this are volunteers. None of us is a professional, although almost all facilitators have Mental Health First Aid training. If you need professional help, this is not for you.
