What we’re about

We are MetaMech - a group of people sharing the interest in mechanical engineering, CAD/CAM, CNC and all the other manufacturing methods!
We meet every third Tuesday of the month, usually at Metalab, the local Hackspace.
Everyone is welcome to join, whether you're a professional or just learning how to do CAD.

FreeCAD 1.0 was released! We are taking this oportunity and making a two-part workshop to introduce beginners to the open source CAD tool.

We will be using the Part Design workbench to create simple parts for 3D printing or CNC machining.

The workshop will be in German.

Please come with FreeCAD 1.0 installed on your computer!

We meet at Metalab, the local Hackspace.
