FREE INDOOR Fitness Boot Camp (All Ages & Levels Welcome)

We will be moving INDOORS starting November 6, 2024 until Spring Break!

Join us for boot camp INDOORS at Baker Drive Elementary School in Coquitlam on Wednesdays 7:00-8:00PM! We will be in the gymnasium.

We are MetamorepHIIT Fitness Society! Come train with us on any given Wednesday from 7:00-8:00pm.
A little bit about us:

• We are a non-profit fitness society, and have been going strong since 2015!
• We are 100% FREE.
• We are an outdoor fitness community. (except during winter months)
• We are 100% weather-proof (meaning, you will find us outside in any weather)
• Please bring water, a friend, and yoga mat (if preferred!). We love meeting new people and seeing new faces.
• We accept ALL ages and fitness levels. It is totally a go-at-your-own-pace boot camp and we can modify any workout to fit your needs/abilities.
