Our minds are our biggest barriers in life. They can rob us from our dreams, keep us from our highest potential, and diminish or eliminate our happiness. Most people live a life responding, surviving, or just making enough to get by and pay the bills. A personal development coach can help you increase your productivness, re-train your mind, find joy, and imrove your quality of life.

You may be an ideal candidate for Personal Coaching if:

  • Your considering a career change or promotion.

  • You had a recent move and/or feelings of being disconnected.

  • If you would like to learn more about manifesting or how to change a negative default mindset to a positive default mindset

  • You have rumenating negative thoughts or a negative self image

  • Family difficulties or challenges with relationships.

  • Coping with Grief & Loss

  • Navigating Mental health symptoms or disorders.

  • Looking for healing from trauma.

  • If you have a close family member, partner, friend, or spouse struggling with addictions or healing from traumatic events.

It's time to find your voice and start living an intentional life that you designed. It's time to pick up those dreams you put on the shelf years ago, find who you are again, and tap into the life you deserve.

This is a good opportunity to find out how you can be more supportive to them while maintaining healthy boundaries or open the door to see if they would benefit from personal coaching (referrals always welcome!).

Background & Expertise of Blaise McDaniel:

  • Masters in Social Work (LMSW)

  • Mental health concentration & Addictions emphasis.

  • Minor in psychology

  • Trauma Certified

  • Alzheimers & Dementia certified

  • 12+years of medical experience and training.

******This is a 1 hour long session to begin the process of personal coaching.

***How to Prepare for a 1:1 Session with your life coach(optional)

  1. Share clear goals you want to accomplish.

  2. Share preferences: in person or tele-visits, preffered days and times

  3. Set the stage for how successful you want your time to be! The more you share and clarify the more effective life coaching will be.

  4. Don't be afraid to ask questions!

  5. This is your time, your session, you decide what direction you want to take!
