What we’re about
A group for longer fortnightly boardgame meet-ups for anyone who's craving longer, more complex, heavier games - however you define that. This isn't to say lighter games aren't allowed, though this meet-up hopes to connect players wanting to play bigger games but can't find time or willing participants at (understandably) more social, casual boardgame meet-ups. This is still a social event first, not a super serious competitive gaming scene. All players at any experience level are welcome! But definitely expect something a bit meatier (meteor, get it?) that would take some time to learn and a few hours to play.

Lion Hotel can host us for free, but please order things to keep them happy! It's a BYO-games situation, so bring whatever you feel like playing! If you don't have a game, I'm confident there will be others bringing plenty. Expect hefty Euros like Terra Mystica or Barrage, or sprawling epic wargames! You'll find all types. The event runs a while, from 12pm till at least until 6pm. Come say hi!
