Warren County First Day Hike!

For over 15 years, we have started every New Year with a hike!
This year, we kick off Warren County NJ's 200 year anniversary, and so every month we will celebrate its rich history with hikes featuring its natural and historic culture!
The theme of this hike will be Phillipsburg and vicinity, showcasing the industrial and transportation history, as well as the wonderful natural places it has to offer today.
This time, after meeting at Alpha Park, we will shuttle with as few cars as possible to our start point.
The hike will feature parts of the former Morris Canal, Central Railroad of New Jersey, Lehigh Valley Railroad, Marble Hill, bridges, and much more!
The 15 mile hike will weave around in a circuitous route with views, ruins, and some food stops along the way. Still, everyone should come prepared with food and drink in case places are closed.
We are working on trying to add some surprises to the mix along the way. :D
