Group fitness enthusiasts and anyone wishing to get their sweat on in the sunshine, safely and with friends and neighbors, this is the group for you! Cardio and body weight movements, all modifiable for any age and fitness level. Want total body destruction? We have burpees and plyo and sprints. Have an injury or less advanced? We can modify to half burpees, no jumping and stable movements. I bring the energy and motivation when you lack it and best of all we have FUN!!
