Thai Extravaganza at Horrock’s!

Sooooooo many folks have told me that Eato Chef, the Thai food truck at Horrocks Farm Market, had the best pad thai in town. I finally got out there this past Saturday to try it and, I have to say, it was awesome and I am inclined to agree :) The noodles were super fresh, featured lots of great spice, and tasty. The cool thing is that the spice level ranges from 0 (no spice) to level 7+, which includes a “stupidity tax” for buying food no one could handle LOL!

NOTE: If you don’t like pad thai, Horrocks also has pizza and a myriad of other tasty treats!

The plan is to meet near the truck at the store at 6pm and place our orders. Usually there is a 30 minute wait (or so) for food, depending on how busy it is at the store. During that time we will locate a table and have time to shop at the store. How you decide to use the time while we wait for food from the food truck is up to you. Fortunately, Horrocks has a solid beer garden that can provide libations for you while you wait for, and enjoy, your food.
