What we’re about
The Mid-Peninsula Running Club has been around since 1988 to serve runners on the San Francisco peninsula (San Mateo County). We welcome new & experienced runners and run-walkers of various speeds.
- See full info, pictures, and videos at runmprc.com, or below!
- Saturday morning walk/runs on the Bay Trail at Seal Point Park in San Mateo at 8:45 AM. Meet by the 4 cement benches near the end of the far-left parking lot, after the entrance. This is the northwest end of the parking lot. Follow this link for the exact location.
- We typically run/walk for 1 hour (4-6 miles) and stretch afterwards.
- As our official motto is "Support One Another", we try to pair everyone with at least one walk/run buddy!
- We average 40-60 participants per week.
- NOTE: Occasionally, if there are external events at Seal Point Park, MPRC will meet at the restrooms closer to the dog park (to the right from the entrance).
