Welcome to the DBSA Depression Connection Military Veterans Peer-Run Support Group.
Our Free Peer-Run Support Groups are communities of people with lived experience with various mood disorders, such as depression and bipolar. Our goal is to offer diverse support groups, in a confidential and safe space.
Many of our support groups are open to anyone with a mood disorder.
This group is open to anyone with a mood disorder and has SERVED IN THE U.S. MILITARY. Medically diagnosed or not.

DBSA Depression Connection’s Military Veterans Peer-Run Support Group meets every Friday from 6:30-8:30 PM PST to provide a confidential and informal space for Veterans to discuss mental health and wellness.
We focus on sharing experiences with mood disorders and PTSD, offering mutual support and understanding. Each session is an opportunity to connect, share coping strategies, and foster a supportive community.
Our Friday Night Check-in is reserved for U.S. Active Duty & Retired, all Branches welcome. This is a FREE Zoom Support Group that meets weekly.
