Are there any authors in Milton Keynes Friends? Are there any budding authors in Milton Keynes Friends?

The Milton Keynes Authors Group meets on the second Tuesday morning of every Month at 9.30am at a table in the window at Waterstones Bookshop in Midsummer Place.

The group is for those who have published a book, those who are writing a book or even those who think they might like to write a book. It is full of encouragement and assistance and keeps us all on track to complete that book you all have in you. Come and say hello!!

This event is run independently by my friend John Dale who is very happy to add it to our repertoire of activities. He will be there every time but I may not. He is a member of our group so please put your name down so he knows who to look out for. His contact details are

I'd really love more people to come and try it out. Andy is a very funny chap and it's only a pound. It's also another chance to sample the lovely food and drink at the Bucks Star Brewery Tap House.

There is no cost to listen to the jazz. All you have to pay for is whatever you want to eat or drink.

If you can't find me ask for Datis and tell him you're with Mark's group. He owns the Bucks Star Brewery Tap House and will be very pleased to see you.

The Bucks Star Brewery Tap House has it's own "house" jazz band of very talented local musicians. Every month they invite special guest "stars" to add to the great vibe.
