Be at the gym for 9:00PM **LATEST**

* Gym Floor (non-marking flat sole shoes required)
* 5 + keeper (with 2 subs) per side
* No contact
* No "cherry picking" (stay inline with other teams defensive line)
* No scoring from your team's side of half
* Keepers CANNOT pick up the ball behind the net, only within 'the key'

DROP-IN: $10/game per player (except keepers - free)
