FRIYAY - Morning Happy Hour Bayview

This new OMG run is every Friday at 6 am, leaving from Humboldt Park (Logan and Idaho) for a three to six mile out-and-back lakefront run. Pace is two groups: 10-11 minutes mile or 8-9 minutes per mile depending on who attends. If we just have a few folks we’ll run the average pace - to the FBI building and back.
