Join us to run anywhere from 2-8 miles from Lake Park Pavilion.

If this is your first time ask for Patrick. He'll be happy to explain how it works and do his best to match you up with someone your speed and distance.

There are always groups running at different speeds. We try very hard to make sure no one runs alone! The secret for new runners to our groups is #JustShowUp.

We all start together then split into groups of similar speeds and distances. Guests and beginners are always welcome!
