Christmas Lights Run Downtown 2024

The OMG Downtown Christmas Lights Run is a slow, wandering, frequent-stop three mile run/tour of our fabulous downtown Christmas lights at 12 different locations.

This year's run is Saturday, Dec 7th from 5:00 until 8:30pm!

We'll start downtown in front of 3rd Street Market on Wisconsin Ave. From there we will meander on a pre-planned route through downtown Milwaukee enjoying the holiday decorations at 10+ locations. Highlights will include:

• Cathedral Square
• Pere Marquette Park
• Wisconsin Ave
• City Hall
• PAC
• Union Square

After the run you're welcome to join us for a pint or a bite back at 3rd Street Market Hall.

We're also looking for a volunteer who'd meet us halfway with a hot chocolate aid station! We'll provide the cocoa and supplies. Just need a good elf to set it up.

A map (look for it soon) will show the locations of some of the best Christmas lights in a one mile area downtown. The pace for this run will be slow with frequent stops so all running abilities are welcome and encouraged to join.
