Vinyasa Yoga Flow

Hello beautiful people,
I am back and excited to see you all on the grass this fall!

This is a free event, community pay it forward encouraged, exchange of energy accepted.

All levels welcomed, this class will be a Vinyasa flow, beginner/ intermediate asanas.
Bring water and a towel, honor your body, take rest in a child pose anytime during the duration of this class and most important, breathe and enjoy yourself!
