Hi! I’m Cristina, a researcher and certified Trainer in Neuro-Mindfulness and Psychosomatics. The core of my approach is understanding that “the issues remain in the tissues”—you can meditate, talk, and coach all you want, but true healing begins with the body.
Your body holds the memory of all your life experiences, including traumas. It reflects your subconscious mind, where 95% of automatic programs and emotional memories are stored.
Chronic stress, trauma, and emotional suppression manifest physically—whether through anxiety, fatigue, digestive issues, or behavioral patterns like addiction, perfectionism, or action paralysis. You can’t think or meditate your way out of a chronically dysregulated nervous system, which is why many mind-centered approaches are ineffective.
Bypassing your body and emotions is a common, dangerous practice seen in both scientific and spiritual communities. It’s like gaslighting your own experiences and romanticizing trauma that has damaged your nervous system, hijacked your hormones and digestion, and created a range of chronic conditions.
Healing can’t happen by bypassing the body—it must happen through it.
