WELCOME EMPATHS and HIGHLY SENSITIVE PEOPLE!

This event is to provide education and support to those who are Empaths and Highly Sensitive People. We need each other as we work our way through this life time. The more we learn about our special gifts, the more we can embrace who we are.

Whether you are a highly sensitive person (HSP) or an Empath, you are welcome to join our meeting. 2024 will bring in a new, higher frequency. Many sensitive people are affected by all the chaos. Perhaps in your own life you have undergone some changes and shifts.

It's beneficial for those of us who feel deeply to share ways in which we are keeping positive and balanced during difficult times. There's camaraderie in knowing YOU ARE NOT ALONE out there!

Not sure if you are an empath or HSP? Consider the questions below:

Do you pick up on the emotions of other people without having a logical way of knowing?

Do you have difficulty determining whether it's your emotions/feelings or someone else's that you are feeling?

Do you tend to avoid crowds because you get overwhelmed by the energy?

If this all sounds very familiar, you are probably an empath or at least a highly sensitive person.
