Professional Sound Therapist, Jessica Kirschner, will guide you through a 60-minute healing meditation using a variety of Tibetan singing bowls and various instruments.

Sound Therapy, rooted in ancient wisdom, utilizes sound vibrations that penetrate deeply at the cellular level, fostering balance mentally, emotionally, and physically. Scientifically, these frequencies can trigger shifts in brain waves and help regulate the nervous system. Beyond alleviating chronic pain and headaches, sound baths can offer potential benefits such as enhanced sleep, stress and anxiety reduction, relief from digestive disorders, and support for emotional healing.
Just as a massage therapist works to release tension in your muscles, the vibrations from our instruments delve deep into your body, much like ripples through water. Because our bodies are largely composed of liquid, these vibrations have the ability to move through our tissues and organs. In doing so, they gently dissolve energy blockages and foster an overwhelming sense of calmness and relaxation.
Wear warm and loose fitting clothing you’re comfortable lying down in. Please bring a pillow for head and a water bottle. No experience necessary. Beginners welcomed!
