Mindful Holidays 7-Day Challenge for Less Stress 🎁 🧘

Together, we’ll explore simple, grounding practices that allow us to pause, breathe, and connect with ourselves. My hope is to help you transform the holiday experience into one that feels intentional, nourishing, and aligned with the true spirit of the season.

🎥 Daily Guided Practices: Each day, a new practice and coaching video will be emailed to you to help you feel grounded and centered. Practices include body scan meditations, gentle yoga, and sound healing session.
