What we’re about

We will have a 1h 15' mindfulness session. First we will greet each other and I will introduce a few topics on mindfulness. Then I will lead a guided meditation (30') and at the end we will have few minutes for feedback and mindful dialogue. After the mindfulness session we will go out for a drink and/or a bite and get to know each other. This will be a great opportunity to cultivate inner balance and connect with kindred folks in town.
