Welcome to "Mindfulness Meditation Meetup". Beginners welcome!
Childcare is now provided at no cost. No excuse not to spend a bit of time in meditation!
This once-a-week, 20-minute secular meditation practice and discussion group is perfect for all who wish to explore the transformative power of mindfulness meditation along with other like-minded spiritual seekers. Perfect for beginners, though all levels will find a home here. Led by experienced meditators who are here to support your experience.
The leader will guide a 20 minute meditation that will include silence. We will follow that with 20 minutes of discussion, reflection or whatever you need to take care of yourself after the meditation experience.
Note: We will be sitting in chairs and the building is wheelchair accessible.
