Meetup is now charging $280 for a six-month subscription, so I have had to pay that much to host these classes.
It's still FREE for everyone but donations are appreciated.
If you would like to make a donation, you can email it to [email protected] or bring it to the class.
The class will take place at my apartment over Winter. You can text or call me at 236-953-6256 if needed, but just try buzzing 36 first.
You can bring a mat or just use the carpet.
WHAT WE USUALLY DO:
1. Do a Short Warm Up
2. Do Active Yoga, Pilates
3. Do Some Passive Stretching (Hatha Yoga)
4. Do a Brief Breathing Practice
5. Talk About Psychology / Meditation
6. Practice Meditation
7. Have a Chance To Share and Ask Questions
To start, I will spend 60 minutes taking us through a warm-up, a yoga routine, and some gentle stretching. Following, I will provide a practical teaching on how we can relate to our thoughts and feelings in a different way before leading a guided meditation.
