What we’re about

We have been running these walks since July and have lots of participants. We do about 10 minutes of guided Mindfulness walking, followed by a slow mindful walk in the park. We then have coffee in the Gardeners Cottage Cafe. We meet at the entrance to Valentines's Mansion in Valentine's Park in Ilford every Wednesday at 10.30. It is hopefully a calming experience and a good introduction to mindfulness for anyone experiencing anxiety. If the weather is bad, please ring 077552 877249.
