A warm invitation is extended to you, to join me in walking without intention, rather in full awareness. As a certified mindfulness meditation practitioner, I will lead us in gentle guided meditation, and invite you into inquiry as we walk together, often in silence.
Research shows that a mindful walk can reduce stress; improve mood; lessen fatigue and connect you with your body.
So, if you are curious about mindfulness and meditation, or perhaps they are already integral in your life, and you enjoy a walk around Eastbourne - I look forward to being with you.
