The Mines E&I Meetup is a forum where Mines alumni, friends, faculty, students, staff, engage entrepreneurs, mentors and angels in collaborative discussions around the latest research, go-to-market strategies and promising solutions to important problems. We meet on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of the month at 5:00 pm at the Buffalo Rose. Hosted by the Mines Center for Entrepreneurship & Innovation, including the McNeil Center and Beck Venture Center.

About Sarah Boulden:
Sarah Boulden is a partner and head of the Denver office at Silicon Legal Strategy, a boutique law entrepreneurial law firm headquartered in San Francisco. She works with technology companies and venture capital investors on a broad range of transactional legal matters, including equity and debt financings, entity formations, day-to-day counseling, corporate governance issues, protection and commercialization of intellectual property, and mergers and acquisitions. Sarah received her JD and MBA degrees from the University of Colorado at Boulder and her undergraduate degrees in English and Corporate Communications with a minor in business from the University of Texas at Austin.About Beck Venture Center's Startup Forum:
