What we’re about
If you want to connect more authentically with yourself and with others, and to create a more meaningful and passionate life, this meetup based on the Awareness, Courage and Love (ACL) model developed and researched at the University of Washington is for you. Led by regular experienced members of this group, we will practice: open-hearted presence; self-expression; deep listening, acceptance and compassion; self-care; embracing vulnerability; giving and receiving support; and living more boldly. After each meeting, you will leave with exercises and tools that you can try with 2-3 people or more (family, friends, co-workers, intimate partners) to deepen your relationships and to move towards what you value most in life. This is not intended to be a treatment or a therapy group to resolve psychological/psychiatric problems.
