Greetings all, and welcome to the MKE Indoor Climbing meetup! It doesn't matter if you're a seasoned climber or this will be your first time on a wall. There's a route for anyone of every skill level.

We predominantly meet up at Adventure Rock gyms, the address for which one is provided in the MeetUp details. While it is not the only climbing gym in the Milwaukee area, it is the largest. If you haven't been to an Adventure Rock before, or it's been more than 12 months since you last visited; you will need to fill out a waiver either at one of their white kiosks near the entrance or online here; https://adventurerock.com/visitor-agreement
Filling it out online saves time at the door.

Speaking of time at the door. When you walk in mention, you are here for the MeetUp. First-timers who are MeetUp participants enjoy a day pass discount. $10 for a day pass without gear and $15 for a day pass with all the necessary rental equipment. The staff will also attempt to direct you to the MeetUp Organizer(s).

You don't need to bring anything special to climb, but we recommend gym attire to aid in movement on the wall.

Everything should be included in the day pass. However, it is very highly recommended to use the rented climbing shoes.

If you or someone you have been in contact with has been sick or showing symptoms of COVID-19 or another contagious illness in the last two weeks, please stay home.

FAQ.
Q. What do I need to bring?
A. Yourself, a form of payment for entry, gym attire is recommended and a positive outlook.

Q. Once I'm in, how do I find the meetup group?
A. For the first 15 - 30 minutes, we typically stand by the bleachers behind the front desk. At approximately 6:30 we have a stand up/meet and greet for everyone to introduce themselves. After that, a staff member can help direct you to the MeetUp organizer.

Q. I've never climbed before. Can I still attend the MeetUp?
A. Absolutely! We have a broad range of guests of all skill levels. Your organizer is happy to "show you the ropes."

Q. Can I bring a guest?
A. Absolutely! The more, the merrier.

Q. I'm afraid of large groups, and the MeetUp page says there are 30+ attendees!
A. Not to worry. Our turnout rate is roughly 30%-60%
