We'll start at 6PM, be on time please!

This event is open to anyone with a bit of running experience (be able to run at 9km/h on flat terrain for at least 30 min). We will meet at the statue, run up the mountain and will do some exercises (stairs, abs, push-ups, etc...) If you don't want to run, you are welcome to join us at the Chalet for the calisthenics portion (please confirm beforehand). It is a great way to stay in shape. Hope we see you out there :-)

Bring your running shoes, a Headlight, a lot of energy and your smile!
