FPGA Controlled Pong - Working Session

Details

Let us see if we can get Pong working on our very own Fipsy FPGA educational board. This will likely take more than one session to complete.

We will be launching crowdfunding for this in a few weeks, and the more cool demos we can have the better. It's not yet clear if this will work, but let's test it out. Our plan for now is to have a VGA video driver, and simple button controls to support two-player pong.

FPGAs consist of an array of programmable logic blocks that can be configured “in the field” to perform various digital functions. You can represent state machines, or traditional processor logic using your own custom designs.

Join us for this fun working session. All backgrounds and skill-levels are welcomed and encouraged to attend.
