Lets start the Thursday with some nice Vibes and morning movements making our Babies part of it. Taking care of our bodies as young Moms can be quite challenging, these challenges however seem less powerful if they are shared. A group of womens following similar goals can be inspiring, help us show up for ourselves and help us build nourishing habits. Working out in a group with other Moms gives more input to our babies and might make our workout routine more playful and easier to follow.
I am not a professional, just another mom finding her way back to a fit body and working on building powerful habits. I have a 4 months old Son who will be joining us on the sessions.
Bring your own mat and favorite toys for your babies. I will prepare some exercises and bring a music box with me.
