This is a fun, casual, come-as-you-are Zoom session of Laughter Yoga. No experience or special equipment required. Experience the wonderful health benefits of Laughter Yoga in the safety and comfort of your own home. I will lead you through a series of laughter exercises that will stimulate your brain and body to release the natural feel-good chemicals that have multiple health benefits including, but not limited to improving cardiopulmonary function, strengthening the immune system, lowering stress and anxiety levels and leaving you feeling happier, healthier and more energized. Scientific research backs this up - the more you laugh, the better you'll feel and the healthier you'll be!
This is a great form of exercise appropriate for all ages from the very young to the advanced elderly. Per Meetup guidelines, any attendees under the age of 18 must have an adult present in the household.
Feel free to sign onto the meeting anytime after 11:35am PST. I'll have upbeat music playing with my video off while we wait for the actual 12noon start time. Some people prefer to sign on early without video to listen to the music while they work privately on other things and then enable video when the actual meeting starts at noon. But please enable your video once the meeting starts for the greatest benefit.
The meeting URL: The Zoom Meeting URL will be visible once you sign-up to Attend. So joining the meeting will be easy and convenient for everybody while still protecting us from unwanted Zoom bombers and trolls. The Meeting URL will be the same for all our weekly MondayFunday Zoom Laughter Club sessions. Feel free to private message me if you have any questions
Please feel free to sign-up as "Going" even if you're just thinking about it. That way you'll be sure to have the sign-on information early on. You can always change your Attending status to "Not Going" at anytime with no hurt feelings :)

P.S. Have a glass of water handy because hearty laughter will make you thirsty! And certainly drink a tall glass of water after our session to rehydrate.
