weekly online 45-minute class

Simple stretching to release tension and create space. Feeling into your body to ground & connect, align & open. Practice specific breathing techniques to focus the mind, be in present-moment awareness and cultivate a state of calm in the body & mind through the nervous system. Relax & be in meditation, connecting with heart & soul, honoring all aspects of self and letting love flow through.

All you need is a quiet space with a comfortable seat.
