This is a 1 hour 45 minutes uninterrupted advanced level meditation. Please only sign up if you have a good understanding of Dr Joe Dispenza's work and you have experience meditating for long periods of time.

While you may want a new life or a new reality, the sponsoring thought behind wanting a new life is inspiration. The problem is, most people are waiting for some job, some relationship, some healing, some thing, or some external event in our life to occur in order to feel that inspiration.
This meditation is designed to be the antithesis of that “waiting” by creating a new, consistent energy in the way you manage your life—in the present. When done correctly, by creating a new inspired future in the present moment, your actions today will propel you towards your dreams, desires, and greater degrees of wholeness.
This meditation begins by opening your heart, followed by one song to pull the mind out of the body. This breath/action draws energy from your body back into your brain to free your body from the emotions that keep you tethered to your past. The music will change, and you will move from this realm of Space Time, into the realm of Time Space—the realm of the quantum field, an immaterial field of information made up of frequency and energy where all possibilities exist.
As you tune into the frequency of your new inspired life, you will find it, pay attention to it, and stay connected to it. Then you will practice drawing that experience to you with your heart, while allowing your consciousness to be consumed by the energy of an inspiring life or an inspiring event. Lastly, you’ll have an opportunity to lie down and allow your body to rest.
