The dishes you will cook:

  • Phat Thai (ผัดไทย) – An iconic dish of Thai cuisine, made with stir-fried rice noodles, shrimp, tofu, eggs, and bean sprouts, all elevated by a sweet-sour sauce made from tamarind, palm sugar, and fish sauce. This dish is often garnished with roasted peanuts, fresh coriander, and a wedge of lime.
  • Shrimp, Lemongrass, and Mint Salad (Yam Kung Ta Krai - ยำกุ้งตะไคร้) – A refreshing and spicy salad made with shrimp, lemongrass, mint, red onions, chilies, and seasoned with lime juice and fish sauce. It strikes the perfect balance of freshness and heat.
