  • Shrimp, Lemongrass, and Mint Salad (Yam Kung Ta Krai - ยำกุ้งตะไคร้) – A fresh and spicy salad made with shrimp, lemongrass, mint, red onions, chilies, and seasoned with lime juice and fish sauce. This salad is a perfect balance of freshness and spice, ideal to start a Thai meal.
  • Green Curry with Eggplant and Chicken (Kaeng Khiao Wan Kai - แกงเขียวหวานไก่) – A creamy green curry prepared with chicken, Thai eggplants, coconut milk, green curry paste, Thai basil, and chilies.
