The dishes you will cook:

  • Green Papaya Salad (Som Tum - ส้มตำ) – A spicy and refreshing salad made from shredded green papaya, chilies, garlic, tomatoes, and lime juice, seasoned with fish sauce. This dish perfectly balances acidity and spice, bringing a burst of fresh flavors.
  • Massaman Curry (Kaeng Matsaman - แกงมัสมั่น) – A rich, aromatic curry made with coconut milk, warm spices like cinnamon and cloves, potatoes, and tender meat. This Thai classic is famous for its deep, spicy aromas.
