Plant medicines and Exercise!

I use yoga, dance, weight training and bodywork while integrating a small amount of psychedelics so that people can feel more connected and productive for taking over their own mental health and wellbeing. It's important for people to advocate for themselves where western medicine is lacking, so I provide the education around using plant medicines and psychedelics such as; benefits, pros/cons, contraindications and harm reduction. I incorporate exercise with a small amount of psychedelics when someone decides that this is right for them, especially since movement is the best form of medicine and can empower people to feel more in control of their own lifestyles.

The main microdoses I work with are mushrooms, LSD, sacred cactus, and oral ketamine. I am also an herbalist and will often use other non psychoactive plant medicines to enhance a practice, if the individual is not interested, compatible, or ready for active plants. 
Using plants to connect the mind and body is a powerful and exciting journey of self exploration and can be very healing for an individual AND a community and THAT is why I love what I do.
