Dear friends,
Join us at our morning Zoom session with gentle QiGong experience, perfect for enhancing body balance after an injury or any situation affecting posture and movement.
We'll focus on our joints, shoulders, and feet, and leg strength.
No prior knowledge needed—everyone seeking healing for body, mind, and spirit is welcome.
QiGong, an ancient Chinese practice, combines slow movements, breath attention, and meditation for body strength and flexibility.
Sessions suit all fitness levels. Wear comfy clothes and flat shoes, or bare feet.
