These live-stream classes on Zoom are prepared as a way to support you in your home practice for better health.

Join us to elevate your life energy, reduce stress, let your body and mind easily enter the state of flow and mental flexibility.

Yes, there will be exercises for the spine and body balance, and we will conclude the session with a mindful breathing influence.

There has never been a better time to awaken your own capacity for vitality and health. If you, for whatever reason, cannot follow your autumn/winter activities the way you'd like to, but you still want to stay connected and enhance your health, then you are at the right place.
