Dear friends,
Our online practice of health and vitality set is happening every Thursday at 9 am. All the way through these Autumn months we will be strengthening our digestive organs and lungs..
Special attention will be given to different areas of the body, the joints, upper&lower back, blood circulation enhancement in limbs, and the general body/mind connection.
We welcome anyone who is in search of finding the right healing influence for their body, mind, and spirit.
Qi Gong (Chi Kung) is an ancient Chinese holistic health practice. It consists of slow gentle movements, static postures, attention to breath, and meditative states of the brain that help us maintain strength, and the bodies' flexibility. Join us to elevate your mood with us.
This course will focus on energizing, emotionally uplifting practices that promote grounding, harmony, and balance within the body and mind.
These sessions are suitable for all fitness levels, even for those who need to be seated, or need more support to move the body more safely.
Comfortable clothes and flat shoes, or bare feet are advisable.

QiGong est une ancienne pratique de santé holistique chinoise. Il consiste des mouvements lents et doux, des postures statiques, une attention à la respiration et des états méditatifs du cerveau, et nous aident à maintenir la force, la souplesse de notre corps.
Ce cours sera axé sur des pratiques énergisantes et valorisantes sur le plan émotionnel qui favorisent l’enracinement (grounding), l’harmonie et l’équilibre entre le corps et l’esprit.
Nous nous concentrerons sur le dos, le poumon, les articulations et renforcement de système immunitaire et digestif.
Ces séances conviennent à tous les niveaux de condition physique, même aux personnes assises.
## Des vêtements confortables et des chaussures plates sont conseillés.
