Dear friends,
Join us for a relaxing evening session designed to help you tune into the yin energy state before bed time and to support your body / mind detox journey.

Whether you're participating in the SHINE Detox Fasting Experience or not, this session will benefit you.
We'll focus on nurturing your liver, kidneys, lymphatic system, and we will let the body and mind drift into the state of tranquility.

No prior experience is necessary – We welcome anyone who is in search of finding the right healing influence for their body, mind, and spirit.

Qi Gong (Chi Kung) is an ancient Chinese practice promoting holistic health through gentle movements, awareness of breath, and meditative states, enhancing strength, flexibility and vitality.

These sessions are suitable for all fitness levels. Wear comfy clothes and flat shoes, or bare feet.
The end of the session is dedicated to a short meditation, from where you can decide to simply drift into a deep sleep or return to us with your immediate comments or questions.

*A suggested contribution per session is 5 to 20 francs and can be processed with Twint (0788062540) or with Paypal (Paypal.me/AnitaHealthWithin )
If you cannot afford to pay, you are still welcome to train with us, no questions asked.
