Starting a business is like running a marathon every day, except the finish line keeps moving.

In this Morning Startup session, Eoghan McKenna will share his journey from starting, scaling and exiting his first business in under 8 years and provide five key points that no one else will tell you about being a business owner.

Eoghan will use his experience as an entrepreneur who sold his business to an ASX-listed entity to cover business structure, sales, employing staff, learning to read P+L’s, raising capital, exiting and what to do next.

This warts and all talk is designed to give you key takeaways that you can implement into your business straight away.

About Eoghan
Eoghan founded scaled and sold his first start-up to the $ 4 billion ASX-listed behemoth Healius Group. Through a Private Equity transaction Logic Health was then acquired by BGH capital, one of Australias largest private equity funds.

Logic Health was a business started with just one person in WA and grew nationally to look after some of Australia's largest companies. Like most successful businesses it was not always smooth sailing. Along the way Eoghan learnt many lessons he wished he had known when he started his business even post exit there were things to be learnt.

Eoghan has now founded two additional businesses and invested in multiple start-ups.
