Beach Yoga Class with Sara

We will move together, breathe together and BE together to create an inner calm and outer strength and resiliency.

For all experience levels and abilities. Bring yourself, some sunscreen, a large blanket or towel & a yoga mat.

We will be practicing outside on Morro Beach, please create a 6' distance when you choose your space. I will not give adjustments or enter your personal yoga bubble!

How to Find Us:
On Morro Strand Beach near the entrance to Morro Strand Campground.

1. From Highway 1, turn West (toward the ocean) on Yerba Buena Street and park.
2. There is a sign on Yerba Buena and Beachcomber that says "Morro Strand Campground." To the RIGHT of this sign is a short walking path straight down to the beach. Come join the lovely folks with their blankets and mats.
