Awkward Girls Social Club Bi-Weekly Brunch (location varies)

Join the Mosaic Butterfly Awkward Girls Social Club for an afternoon brunch at The Degenerate in NODA. We will briefly discuss mindfulness and mental well-being techniques that can help us endure (and maybe even enjoy) the holiday season. This event is tailored for women in their 30's and 40's who are navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, and neurodivergence. During our biweekly brunch event, we will enjoy good food and drinks as we connect, share experiences, and learn coping strategies. Whether you are struggling with Adult ADD/ADHD, depression, anxiety or are simply seeking a sense of calm, this event is designed to provide tools for self-care and empowerment.
